Packed with care, they embark on their airborne adventure on a Sunday, arriving in Australia the following Monday. Upon arrival, they undergo thorough quarantine inspections to ensure they meet Australia's strict biosecurity standards.

Now, here's where things get interesting. The ripening process of mangoes is heavily influenced by the climate in Manila. With the extreme heat often experienced in Manila, some mangoes may already show signs of ripening by the time they are harvested. However, with the cooler climate in Sydney, the ripening process slows down significantly. This means that while some mangoes may arrive with a tinge of yellow, they will continue to ripen gradually, ensuring you still get to enjoy their sweet, juicy goodness.
